Automation Engineer

As a Change Practice SME at Wipro Limited, your role will involve designing, programming, simulating, and testing automation products or processes to achieve the required efficiency and effectiveness. You will play a crucial part in understanding software requirements, analyzing technology architecture, formulating project plans, and contributing to the automation roadmap. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and executing software development and reporting, ensuring the environment is prepared for execution, developing test plans, and resolving complex technical design issues. Your role will also include maintaining smooth communication with customers and internal stakeholders, collaborating with Agile delivery teams, creating acceptance criteria, and ensuring the long-term maintainability of the system. Key Responsibilities: - Understand software requirements, technology architecture, and formulate project plans - Design and execute software development and reporting, resolve technical design issues - Ensure smooth communication with customers and internal stakeholders, collaborate with Agile delivery teams Performance Parameters: 1. Automation: - Quality of design and adherence to design - Adherence to project plan - Issue resolution and client escalation management - Zero disruption/error in deployment - Early warning signals on risks and deployment of mitigation measures 2.
