Job DescriptionJob Description C&SP System Engineer As part of a global team, the C&SP System Engineer supports the definition, standardization, and deployment of EPMS (Electrical Power Monitoring System) solutions for complex Data Center projects. The role ensures high-quality technical execution, compliance with standards, and ongoing service support. Key Responsibilities: Project Phase: Deliver EPMS training and templates in collaboration with the Global Training Team. Support engineering skill development in DPAC for C&SP accounts. Provide standard system configurations to DPAC. Lead engineering activities to ensure design quality and efficiency. Assist with non-standard implementations and support FAT/SAT with project managers. Monitor project execution, report risks, and manage compliance. Handle technical issues, coordinate fixes with R&D, and support deployment. Track quality, bugs, and vulnerabilities; contribute to lessons learned. Service Phase: Assist DPAC and Service teams with Level 1 & 2 support setup. Deliver training to support teams as needed. Provide Level 3 support during the service period (typically 3 years). Collaboration With: Customers, internal technical teams, project managers, marketing, and quality teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Fluent in English; other languages a plus. Minimum 3 years in engineering/project execution in energy or related sectors. Experience in SCADA, HMI, PLC, and energy systems. Exposure to at least two industries: Data Centers, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Smart Buildings, or Transport. Skills: Strong communication and collaboration in multicultural environments. Deep technical knowledge of Schneider Electric solutions. Skilled in industrial networks, HMI, and PLC systems.
