AUTOMATION ENGINEER

As an Automation Engineer with required experience, you will be responsible for managing medium and large scale process automation systems with a minimum of 700 I/Os. Your role will involve hands-on experience in developing Application Software such as PLC, HMI, Graphic User Interface Screens, and generating reports. It is essential to have a good understanding of reading P&ID, Electrical Drawings, and Controls documents including Closed-loop and Open-loop systems. Your expertise should include a strong knowledge of Instrumentation, both digital and analog instruments. Familiarity with Electrical and Instrumentation Control Panels along with their wiring diagrams is crucial for this role. You will be expected to have experience in hardware configuration, integration, and testing of SCADA Systems, as well as proficiency in server-client configuration of SCADA systems. In addition, you should possess good knowledge of various network protocols such as Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Modbus, and Profibus. Exposure to preparing Test Bench Setup and prior experience in Pre-FAT, FAT, SAT processes will be advantageous for this position. To qualify for this role, you should hold a B.E or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation with 3-6 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Rockwell Automation (Allen Bradley) or Siemens systems is required, with a preference for experience in Allen Bradley systems. Your domain knowledge should include Process Automation, and application knowledge in PID Controls, Process sequencing, Report Generation, Batch and Recipe Management will be beneficial.,
