AUTOMATION ENGINEER

As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for handling medium and large scale process automation systems with a minimum of 700 I/Os. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing Application Software such as PLC, HMI, Graphic User Interface Screens, and generating reports. - Understanding and interpreting P&ID, Electrical Drawings, and Controls documents. - Demonstrating knowledge of both Digital and Analog Instruments in Instrumentation. - Understanding Electrical and Instrumentation Control Panels along with their wiring diagrams. - Configuring hardware, integrating, and testing SCADA Systems. - Configuring Server-client setup for SCADA systems. - Understanding various network protocols like Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Modbus, Profibus. - Preparing Test Bench Setup and conducting tests. - Prior experience in Pre-FAT, FAT, SAT processes. The qualifications required for this role are: - Qualification: B.E/ Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation. - Experience: 3-6 years. - System Knowledge: Rockwell Automation (Allen Bradley)/ Siemens, with a preference for experience in Allen Bradley systems. - Domain Knowledge: Process Automation. - Application Knowledge: PID Controls, Process sequencing, Report Generation, Batch and Recipe Management.
