We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Engineer specializing in Salesforce to join our dynamic team. As an Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in automation projects in Salesforce and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce automated test scripts using the Robot Framework and Selenium to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Use Python and VS code or PyCharm to create, maintain, and execute automation scripts for functional and regression testing. Work closely with the development and product teams to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and build effective test scripts. Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate bug fixes. Implement and enhance test frameworks and infrastructure to improve test automation efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct code reviews, collaborate on code quality and best practices, and mentor junior team members in test automation. Perform integration, end-to-end, and exploratory testing to ensure the highest quality of the product. Continuously monitor and analyze test results, provide feedback, and collaborate with the team to address any issues promptly. Stay current with emerging test automation trends, tools, and best practices, and advocate for their adoption. Required Qualification: Strong hands-on Salesforce automation experience with Robot Framework and Selenium. Proficiency in Python for test scripting and automation, with experience using VS code or PyCharm IDE. Solid understanding of test automation frameworks, tools, and best practices. Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and practices. Familiarity with version control systems (e. g., Git, Snowflake). Below 5 years experience in software testing, with at least 3+ years as an SDET or similar role.
