Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

RPA Automation Developer

to design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation solutions using

Automation Anywhere

Microsoft Power Automate

, and

Microsoft Copilot

technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, optimize business processes, and deliver scalable, secure automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using
Automation Anywhere (A360)
.
Build cloud and desktop workflows using
Microsoft Power Automate
.
Leverage
Microsoft Copilot (Copilot Studio / Copilot for M365)
to enhance automation, AI-driven workflows, and conversational experiences.
Analyze business processes and translate requirements into automation solutions.
Develop reusable components, bots, and automation frameworks.
Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, web apps, APIs).
Implement exception handling, logging, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and IT teams.
Support UAT, production deployments, and post-production maintenance.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices.
Document technical designs, workflows, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience with
Automation Anywhere (A360)
including:
Bot Creator
Control Room
IQ Bot (preferred)
Strong experience with
Microsoft Power Automate
(cloud flows, desktop flows).
Experience with
Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio
or AI-assisted automation.

Proficiency in:

REST APIs, JSON, XML
SQL and basic database concepts
Scripting (Python, JavaScript, or VB.NET preferred)
Experience with attended and unattended automations.
Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Automation Anywhere certification (Advanced / Master RPA Professional).
Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
Experience with
AI/ML, OCR, document processing
, or cognitive automation.
Knowledge of
Azure services
(Logic Apps, Functions, AI Builder).
Experience with version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps).
Exposure to chatbot or conversational AI development.
