Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Service Cloud Field Service ManagementStrong understanding of automation systemsExperience in developing design specificationsKnowledge of industry design practicesHands-on experience in creating and developing drawings-Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Administration & Architecture:Lead the design, configuration, and administration of Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions.Ensure best practices in OFSC integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party applications. -Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Expertise:Architect and implement OCI-based solutions to support OFSC deployments.Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of OCI-hosted applications.Oversee networking, identity management, and performance tuning within OCI. Provide disaster recovery, backup, and security best practices for OCI environments. -Client Engagement & Solution Design: Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into technical solutions. Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering, and feasibility analysis. Present architecture solutions, roadmaps, and implementation plans to executives and technical teams.Ensure solutions align with industry standards and business goals.-Integration & API Management:Design and oversee API integrations between OFSC, OCI, and enterprise applications (Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle Fusion, etc.).Ensure data synchronization, security, and scalability of integrated solutions.Implement event-driven architectures, microservices, and middleware solutions as needed.-Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting:Monitor and optimize OFSC performance, job execution, and resource utilization.Identify and resolve technical challenges in cloud service operations.Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement strategies
