Summary:To lead the development and delivery of our Cognitive AI Platform. This role involves overseeing a coordinated set of projects to ensure they collectively achieve strategic business objectives, bridging the gap between business needs, and technical execution.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in telecom, leveraging deep domain expertise to design and scale automation across the entire network lifecyclespanning engineering, deployment, and operationsRoles & Responsibilities:Functional ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic alignment and planning to ensure all projects map to organizational objectives.Provide governance and oversight for program execution.Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and satisfaction.Oversee risk and change management, proactively addressing potential issues.Deliver the program within approved scope, time, and quality parametersProvide accurate and timely program status reporting to leadership.Facilitate effective decision-making at the appropriate organizational levels.Technical ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with solution architects to review and approve high-level designs, ensuring documentation and communication of decisions.Align technology selections (AI frameworks, cloud platforms, data storage solutions) with business objectives.Ensure data sources, formats, and pipelines meet AI model requirements.Prioritize the product backlog to deliver high-value AI-driven capabilitiesincluding data pipelines, model development, integrations, and user interfacesaligned with business goals Professional & Technical

Proficiency in 5G Wireless Networks & Technologies.- Strong understanding of automation systems and their integration with existing technologies.- Experience in developing technical documentation and design specifications.- Ability to analyze complex systems and propose effective automation solutions.- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to automation and control systems.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in 5G Wireless Networks & Technologies.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
