Automation Contracts Engineer

Role Overview: As an Automation Contracts Engineer at Lucy Electric Manufacturing & Technologies India, your main responsibility is to support the Sales and Marketing team in resolving pre and post sales contract engineering queries related to LV & MV distribution network, distribution automation products, communication systems, and Low Voltage monitoring systems. You will provide technical support to sales and marketing initiatives for automation contract engineering. Key Responsibilities: - Lead technical interface with customers or other Lucy customers for product presentation, demonstration, training, cost/benefit analysis, product comparisons, and contract engineering - Prepare gap analysis/compliance matrix with respect to customer technical specifications - Assist in the preparation of Electrical Schematic, Wiring looms, technical offers for products and systems - Support new product development planning and implementation - Assist in system engineering & commissioning for automation contracts Qualifications Required: - Graduation in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent - Minimum 6+ years of working experience in a similar industry - Self-driven individual with hands-on skills - Experience in electrical contract engineering (Schematic, wiring looms, BOM) - Experience in specification analysis, compliance assessment, and product comparisons - Hands-on experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of RTUs - Experience with integration of RMU/substation equipment with SCADA system - Knowledge of industry standard communication protocols (IEC 104/101/103, Modbus Serial/TCP IP, DNP3 Serial/TCP IP) - Experience in handling and coordinating FAT, SAT, and Trainings - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Siemens Team Center, and NX - Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Additional Company Details: Working at Lucy Electric Manufacturing & Technologies India will require you to have excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
