Job Description

Job Summary:

Automation Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Design and lead the implementation of automation architectures for telecom and IT operations including network management, service provisioning, incident management, and IT workflows.
Develop and enforce best practices, architectural standards, and governance models for automation solutions.
Evaluate, select, and integrate automation tools and platforms such as RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), orchestration tools (Ansible, Jenkins), and AI/ML frameworks.
Collaborate with business units, network teams, IT, and security to identify automation opportunities and define technical requirements.
Lead automation pilots, proof of concepts (PoCs), and scale automation solutions across the enterprise.

Required Skills:

Design and implement automation frameworks for network operations and service delivery.
Hands-on experience with Python, Ansible, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
Integrate automation with OSS/BSS or ServiceNow platforms.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and workflow orchestration.
