Job Title: Automation Architect/Lead Location: Pune, Bangalore, Mysore Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days/Week) Notice Period : Immediate to 20 days About the Role Were seeking an experienced Automation Architect/Lead with a proven track record in designing and implementing robust test automation solutions. In this role, you will lead automation initiatives, architect test frameworks, and drive continuous improvement for our cutting-edge projects. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automation frameworks using Selenium/Playwright, Java/TypeScript, TestNG, and Maven. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Github Actions and Azure DevOps (ADO). Leverage advanced DevOps tools and practices, including Azure pipelines, Docker containers, Selenium Grid, and Accel. Drive UI framework development for efficient test automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve automation challenges. Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers, providing technical solutions and guidance. Ensure seamless integration with RESTful APIs and mobile testing using Appium and Perfecto. Manage test processes in agile environments, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Key Requirements Experience: 8-12 years of hands-on automation testing and framework development. Skills: Selenium/Playwright Java/TypeScript TestNG, Maven Github Actions, Azure DevOps (ADO) Perfecto, Appium RESTful APIs Docker containers, Selenium Grid, Accel CI/CD: Proficiency in Github CI for continuous integration and deployment. Team Leadership: Proven experience in team handling and providing technical solutions. Agile: Experience in agile projects and test management practices. Additional Skills Excellent customer interfacing skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Keen attention to detail with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
