Automation Architect

As an Automation Architect at LTIMindtree Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for the following: - Possessing 15+ years of Test Automation experience with a minimum of 8 years in the role of Automation Architect - Demonstrating expertise in creating enterprise Test automation strategy & Road map, as well as Capacity Planning - Contributing to the design & architecture of automation projects - Having excellent knowledge of Building, creating & maintaining Test Automation Frameworks - Demonstrating strong oral, written communication & Documentation Skills - Assisting in on-going process improvement efforts to ensure effective and efficient test planning, execution, and reporting - Defining metrics and adopting a System level thinking approach - Engaging in Customer Facing Experience - Showcasing strong analytical skills and the ability to view the test automation architecture as a whole system - Practicing Agile/Lean methodologies - Promoting QA productivity through automation, tools, and best practices - Leading the definition, implementation, and maintenance of standard test automation processes, methodologies, tools, and templates - Collaborating with teams on the automation Strategy and the Tool Kit Selection - Conducting Code reviews and ensuring coding standards are met - Working closely with peer discipline leads in Development, QA, and Project Management - Shadowing developers and documenting the test Plan, test scripts, test scenarios, etc. - Demonstrating hands-on ability to automate repeated tasks and build test coverage through existing or new infrastructure - Assessing problem statements and providing innovative solutions - Mentoring junior and senior software quality engineers - Having experience in working with Geographically Dispersed Teams - Possessing knowledge and applicability of AI/ML in automation is an added advantage.,
