Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automation & CCTV Technician to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain automation systems and CCTV surveillance solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ELV systems, security systems, and networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras (IP & Analog)
• Perform installation and troubleshooting of home/office automation systems
• Conduct DVR/NVR setup, configuration & remote viewing integration
• Structured cabling, termination, and testing
• Install and configure access control, biometric systems & alarm systems
• Diagnose and repair system faults & network-related issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure system uptime
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for project execution
• Maintain service reports and completion documentation

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of CCTV system installation & configuration
• Hands-on experience in automation / smart home devices
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, routers, IP configuration)
• Cable routing, crimping, and termination skills
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication & customer-handling skills

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in CCTV / Automation / ELV systems
• Valid two-wheeler license (preferred)
