Job Title: AutoCAD Trainer (Full-Time) We are seeking two dedicated and experienced AutoCAD Trainers to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in AutoCAD, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience. As an AutoCAD Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, developing course materials, and ensuring that our students gain the necessary skills to excel in their careers. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive training sessions on AutoCAD for students at various skill levels. Develop and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises. Create assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding of the material. Provide one-on-one support to students as needed to enhance their learning experience. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AutoCAD software. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure alignment with educational standards. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance. Participate in professional development opportunities to improve training skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field. A minimum of 3 to 4 years of practical experience using AutoCAD. Proven experience in teaching or training is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Adept at creating engaging instructional materials and presentations. Ability to assess student needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Preferred Skills: CERTIFICATION in AutoCAD or related fields is an advantage. Familiarity with additional design software is a plus. Package:- CTC depends on interview.
