Role Summary

AutoCAD Operator & Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify 2D/3D drawings for civil, architectural, or structural plans.
• Coordinate with project/site engineers for updates and revisions.
• Ensure drawings meet project and safety standards.

• Coordinate with the site team for measurements and billing verification.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, quantities, and project billing.
• Assist in budgeting and estimation for tenders or new projects.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 06 months to 1 year of experience in AutoCAD drafting and construction billing.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D mandatory; 3D preferred).
• Good command of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Understanding of construction drawings, quantity take-off, and billing formats.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with residential, commercial, or institutional construction.
• Familiarity with GST billing and government project documentation (if applicable).
• Site experience is a plus.

Salary Scale: 20k to 30k.
