Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Draftsperson with working knowledge of MicroStation DGN and AutoCAD. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of drafting experience. The selected candidate will support the engineering and design teams by preparing accurate technical drawings and documentation for engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D drawings and models using MicroStation DGN and AutoCAD.
• Assist in converting conceptual sketches and designs into precise technical drawings.
• Support senior engineers and designers in preparing layouts, GA drawings, and detailed drawings.
• Maintain drawing records and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of drawings.
• Update and revise drawings as per engineering inputs and project requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Structural / related field.
• 0–2 years of experience as Draftsperson (freshers can apply).
• Proficiency in MicroStation DGN and AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new design standards and project requirements.
