KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to interpret and understand project drawings and specifications. Prepare detailed shop drawings in alignment with project requirements and industry standards. Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales and Project departments, to gather specific drawing requirements and ensure alignment with client expectations. Revise drawings based on feedback and comments from architects, consultants, and clients. Generate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) following approval of final drawings. Develop accurate As-Built drawings upon project completion. Create typical sectional drawings in coordination with the factory, as per project-specific requirements. Conduct site visits as necessary to assess and understand site conditions for accurate drawing preparation.
