AutoCAD Engineer – Mechanical Engineering

Industry: Mechanical Design / Engineering Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled AutoCAD Engineer with a strong background in mechanical and machine engineering . The ideal candidate should be an expert in AutoCAD with a deep understanding of technical design principles, machine components, and engineering terminology. In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise and production-ready technical drawings and mechanical designs. These designs will be directly used in the manufacturing process to create actual products. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of mathematical calculations are essential. Key Responsibilities: Develop accurate and detailed 2D/3D mechanical designs using AutoCAD Translate engineering concepts and requirements into manufacturable designs Understand and apply technical terms, standards, and tolerances in mechanical drawings Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure functional, efficient, and feasible designs Revise and optimize designs based on feedback or technical considerations Perform basic engineering calculations and apply mathematical principles where needed Maintain organized project documentation and drawing archives Qualifications: Proven expertise in AutoCAD for mechanical design Strong technical background in machine engineering or mechanical systems Sound knowledge of mathematics , including geometry and basic engineering calculations Ability to understand and create detailed engineering drawings and schematics Willingness to learn and improve continuously Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred) Preferred Skills (Optional but Valuable): Experience with 3D modeling tools like SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar Familiarity with manufacturing processes and standards Understanding of materials and structural properties of machine components Sound knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) What We Offer: Overseas working environment Opportunity to work on real-world product development Professional growth and skill-building opportunities Competitive compensation based on experience and expertise How to Apply: Please send your updated resume, a portfolio of relevant AutoCAD work (if available), and a short cover letter explaining your experience and interest in the role.
