Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Create detailed and accurate AutoCAD drawings for high-end residential projects, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, and wiring schematics. Generate comprehensive technical documentation, including equipment rack layouts, cable pull schedules, and system riser diagrams. Collaborate with project managers, system designers, and installation technicians to ensure all drawings accurately reflect the project scope and design specifications. Manage and organize project files, ensuring all revisions are properly documented and communicated. Conduct site surveys and field measurements as needed to verify existing conditions. Maintain and update a library of standard symbols, blocks, and templates to streamline the drafting process. Review and redline drawings, ensuring all work adheres to company and industry standards. Assist in the creation of proposal and presentation drawings for client meetings.
