As a Junior AutoCAD Draftsman at Reliance Retail, your role involves creating, reviewing, and modifying technical drawings and plans for projects under the guidance of experienced architects and engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and develop Fixture Layouts (FL) and Merchandising Layouts (ML) for new retail formats. - Design conceptual faades for upcoming stores in alignment with brand aesthetics. - Execute re-layouts and remodeling of operational stores based on business needs. - Collaborate with store planning, visual merchandising, and operations teams to optimize space utilization. - Ensure all design outputs meet functional, brand, and compliance requirements.
