AutoCAD Draftsman

MechCraft Designs is a growing design consultancy specializing in MEP, Solar, BIM, and PMC services. We are committed to delivering precise, innovative, and cost-effective engineering design solutions for our clients.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team on a part-time or freelance basis. The role involves preparing accurate technical drawings and layouts for Solar and related engineering projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of drafting standards, detailing, and a keen eye for precision.

Work Mode:

• Work from Home
• Part-Time: Minimum 4 hrs/day, Maximum 6 hrs/day
• Freelance: Flexible, based on project requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, update, and modify technical drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD.
• Draft mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and solar-related drawings as per project requirements.
• Interpret design sketches, specifications, and markups provided by engineers.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with engineers/architects for design updates and revisions.
• Manage and maintain organized drawing files for ongoing projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI/Bachelor’s in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit or BIM is a plus).
• 1–3 years of experience in drafting (Freshers with strong skills may also apply).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Own system/laptop with AutoCAD software.

Compensation:

• Part-Time: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000/month (depending on skills & experience)
• Freelance: Payment based on project scope and complexity
