AutoCAD Designer–ELV & Electrical Systems

LOCATION : FARIDABAD & SURAT

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Designer with hands-on experience in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and Electrical systems to create detailed technical drawings and layouts. The ideal candidate will collaborate with design, pre-sales, and project execution teams to deliver accurate AutoCAD drawings for CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, Public Address, and other ELV & Electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, schematics, layouts, and single-line diagrams for ELV systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, BMS, Public Address, etc.).
• Interpret system design requirements, architectural drawings, and specifications to produce accurate and compliant layouts.
• Support pre-sales and project teams by developing BOQs and compliance documentation.
• Revise and update drawings based on site conditions, project changes, or redline markups.
• Coordinate with engineers, sales teams, and project managers to ensure timely submission of deliverables.
• Maintain a well-organized archive of drawings and versions for future reference.
• Ensure all designs comply with local codes, standards, and customer requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years of experience in AutoCAD design, preferably within ELV or MEP domains.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (AutoCAD 3D is a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret MEP, civil, and architectural drawings.
• Familiarity with ELV systems and components (e.g., Hikvision, Honeywell, Bosch).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Knowledge of additional design tools (Revit, Visio) is an advantage.

Preferred :

• AutoCAD
• Basic knowledge of ELV systems
• Revit/BIM experience (optional but a plus)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
