ob Summary:The Auto Parts Sales Executive is responsible for promoting, selling, and managing the distribution of automotive spare parts and accessories. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and timely service. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automotive parts market. Handle walk-in, online, and telephonic inquiries for spare parts. Recommend appropriate parts and accessories based on customer requirements. Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on payments. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and market trends. Build and maintain relationships with workshops, fleet operators, and retail customers. Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
