Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and identify prospective customers interested in auto loans.
Explain different auto loan products, interest rates, terms, and eligibility criteria to customers.
Assist customers in filling out loan applications and collecting necessary documents.
Coordinate with credit and underwriting teams to facilitate loan approvals and disbursal.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan applications in CRM systems.
Follow up with customers on loan status and payment schedules.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and referral partners.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes affecting auto loans.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and documentation standards.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any queries or complaints promptly.
