Auto Electrician

Leads and controls auto electricians crew, optimizing manpower, sub-assemblies and tools and ensure timely completion of assigned work; doubles up as an experienced auto electrician whenever work demands. Supervises auto electricians engaged in repairs and overhauls electrical systems in automotive vehicles and equipment, including all HEMM, HMV and LMV as per instructions of Shift Incharges. Ensures that auto electrician crews are properly supplied with tools, equipment, materials and consumables; prevents wastage and misuse of equipment, material, consumables and tools. Supervises auto electrician crews to exercise discipline to reduce absenteeism, unsafe work practices and idleness; strictly enforces safety standards [including DGMS], SOPs and regulations. Auto Electrical for Odisha Location (Joda, Barbil, Koria, Irion ore mines.) •Efficient Completion of assigned Fault Repair/ Breakdown maintenance works. •Efficient execution of Preventive Maintenance works. •Enforce safety standards at work. •Assistance to Shift In-Charges in work planning. •Allocation of Spares, Consumables and Tools [SCT]. •Level 1 automotive electrical Failure Troubleshooting and Repairs. •HEMM/HMV/LMV upgradation works Completion. •Flexible assignments, as needed.
