About the Role

PCS Global Pvt Ltd is hiring an Accounts Executive with strong experience in Australian accounting, excellent communication skills, and hands-on knowledge of cloud accounting tools. This role involves working on international bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Australian bookkeeping and accounting tasks
• Prepare bank, credit card & ledger reconciliations
• Support BAS, reporting, and compliance tasks
• Maintain accurate financial records in Xero and QuickBooks
• Assist with month-end closing and documentation
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Australian accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Xero and QuickBooks (mandatory)
• Knowledge of MYOB is an added advantage
• Fluent English communication (spoken & written)
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and reliable
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
