Job Description

Auditor - Process & Operations (CA Inter)

Andheri East, Mumbai

About the Company

Global leader in parking management services, with a strong presence across multiple countries and a growing network in India.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Process & System Auditor with relevant auditing experience in the retail, hotel, or hospitality industry. The role involves regular travel and night audits, with a focus on maintaining strong internal controls and ensuring compliance with operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct system and process audits at various car parking locations.
Verify daily cash and digital collections against actual bank deposits.
Examine books and records maintained at sites and highlight any discrepancies.
Prepare audit reports with observations and actionable recommendations.
Identify areas for process improvement and SOP deviations.
Willing to travel frequently and work late-night shifts for audits.

Candidate Requirements

CA Inter pass (CA Finalists not preferred)
3 to 7 years of experience in audit roles (preferably with a mix of CA firm and corporate exposure).
Experience in the Retail, Hotel, Hospitality, or Facility Services industry is mandatory.
Strong MS Excel skills, analytical abilities, and experience in drafting audit reports.
Good communication skills.
Comfortable with night audits and frequent travel.
Male candidates only (due to night audit requirements).
Immediate joiners preferred.
