Job Description: As an ideal candidate, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global university hiring strategy to attract top talent. You will work closely with university relations teams to identify key universities for recruitment and establish strong relationships with faculty and career services. Your role will involve creating internship programs, organizing campus events, and conducting information sessions to engage with students. Additionally, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. You will also be responsible for tracking metrics and analyzing the effectiveness of university hiring initiatives to make data-driven decisions for future recruitment efforts.
