Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle audit calendar and assignments: allocate audits based on expertise and available resources, monitor scope and quality of reviews, risk grading, opinion formation, audit finalization, discussions, and closure.
Conduct audits as per regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and standard audit procedures.
Critically review existing processes and procedures during audits and suggest improvements to enhance controls and simplify workflows.
Track audit observations, review responses and compliance, update audit databases, and ensure closure of audit files.
Support and handle regulatory inspections, ACB reporting, and investigations.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for skill and process improvement.
Ensure effective communication within the team and with higher management.
Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
Provide training and guidance to develop team members skills and competencies.
Track team progress, report updates to management, and manage resource planning and talent development.
