Audit Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to lead and manage statutory audits, tax audits, and compliance-related assignments. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in audit execution, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Statutory Audit:
• Plan, execute, and finalize statutory audits as per applicable standards.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Accounting Standards, and relevant regulations.
• Tax Audit:
• Independently handle and review tax audit assignments (Form 3CD & related schedules).
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission.
• TDS Compliance:
• Oversee monthly/quarterly TDS filings, reconciliation of TDS ledgers, and ensure timely compliance.
• Income Tax Return (ITR) Filings:
• Review and file ITRs for individuals, firms, and companies as required.
• Handle tax computations, advance tax workings, and basic tax planning.
• Team & Client Management:
• Supervise and guide junior team members during audit engagements.
• Maintain strong client communication and ensure deliverables within timelines.

Requirements

• CA Articleship completed (Mandatory)
• CA Inter completed (Preferred)
• Strong knowledge of statutory audit, tax audit, and direct tax compliance.
• Hands-on experience with TDS returns, ITR filings, and audit documentation.
• Good command over accounting standards and tax provisions.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tally/ERP systems, and Winman software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
