Audit Expert

As a Financial Reporting & Audit Lead, your primary role will involve overseeing the statutory audit process for all group companies. This includes the preparation of both standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance with accounting standards. Your responsibilities will also include: - Preparing monthly schedules as required by statutory auditors - Developing quarterly cash flow forecasts and conducting analysis - Managing cash flow and liquidity to ensure operational needs are met - Periodically reviewing the Bank signing authority matrix - Optimizing cash management strategies and maintaining banking relationships - Conducting brand-wise P&L and Balance sheet variance analysis - Establishing and upholding internal control procedures to protect the organization's assets and ensure compliance with regulations - Quarterly review of Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and timely assessment of risk and control matrix - Monitoring financial transactions and processes to identify and address potential risks or discrepancies - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and ensure data accuracy - Keeping abreast of key changes in IFRS/ India-AS and their impact on the India business - Building knowledge on accounting policies as per US GAAP, IGAAP, IFRS Additionally, you may be required to handle other duties as assigned by the Controller or supervisor. Qualification Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience: - Essential: 5+ years of experience with a comprehensive understanding of USGAAP, IFRS, IGAAP, India-AS - Previous experience in monthly closing/reporting, statutory audit, cash flow forecasting, and Internal Financial Controls Reporting Skills Required: - Strong analytical and communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills - Team player with a proactive approach - Strong follow-up and project management capabilities - Ability to drive action and uphold high integrity,
