Job Description: At PwC, your role in audit and assurance involves providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information to enhance credibility and reliability with various stakeholders. Your responsibilities include evaluating compliance with regulations, assessing governance and risk management processes, and related controls. In financial statement audit at PwC, you will focus on obtaining reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements are free from material misstatement due to fraud or error and issuing an auditors report that includes the auditors opinion. You will focus on building meaningful client connections, managing and inspiring others, and growing your personal brand in complex situations. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, deliver quality results, and embrace ambiguity by asking questions and using such moments as opportunities to grow. Key Responsibilities: - Foster enduring client relationships to promote sustained excellence - Provide strategic guidance for performance-driven solutions - Maintain operational excellence throughout project execution - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals - Overview and deliver services for client reporting and finance oversight - Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or CA/CPA (B.Com mandatory for CPA) - Minimum 1 year of experience in a managed services, shared services, or outsourced finance environment for CA professionals - Minimum 4 years of experience in a managed services, shared services, or outsourced finance environment for Non-Credential resources Additional Details: As part of the Managed Services team, you will lead large projects and innovate processes in Fund Level Reporting & Accounting. As a Senior Associate, you will serve as a trusted advisor, maintaining alignment between client business goals and offerings while upholding operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to deepen client relationships and drive long-term success through strategic guidance and performance-driven solutions.
