Audit & Assurance | ESC - Associate Analyst

As an Associate Analyst in the Engagement Service Centres (ESCs) group at Deloitte, you will play a crucial role in supporting the audit team. Your responsibilities will include drafting engagement letters, monitoring audit client compliance with SEC independence rules and Deloitte policies, managing client acceptance and continuation processes, coordinating group audits, and providing support for various audit tools such as audit confirmations, trial balance support, and financial statement tie-outs. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables, understanding implications of findings, next steps, and project deadlines. - Follow the agreed process in the development of deliverables and adopt a structured approach. - Provide regular updates to team lead about the progress of assigned tasks. - Ensure the executed work meets the Firm's quality standards. - Learn the various tools and templates used by ESCs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in accounting (B.Com) with 0-1 years of experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
