Audit Associate

As an Audit Associate at DWF, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing valuable insights for financial improvements. Your responsibilities will include liaising with external auditors, coordinating with internal teams to meet audit requirements, tracking and resolving open audit observations, and collaborating with various departments to enhance financial operations. You will be expected to identify areas for financial improvement and offer actionable recommendations, ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards. Additionally, you will prepare and present audit/compliance reports to senior management, analyze discrepancies, and provide solutions for resolution. To succeed in this role, you should have a CA Inter or Commerce Graduate education, along with 1-3 years of experience in finance operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and accuracy are essential. Knowledge of SRA audits and experience with the Blackline tool for bank reconciliation are considered advantageous.
