Audio Video Producer

As a Video & Podcast Production Manager at Vector Consulting Group, you will lead the end-to-end execution of video and podcast initiatives. You should have a strong understanding of technical aspects of audio/video production, be able to build relations with external and internal stakeholders, and manage creative and technical aspects effectively. Your role is crucial in making the AV content of the brand more engaging and effective. **Role & Responsibilities:** - **Content Planning & Coordination:** - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify topics, speakers, and locations for videos and podcasts. - Develop production schedules and ensure timely project delivery. - **Production Management:** - Coordinate with external vendors for shoots and edits. - Maintain brand consistency, visual quality, and message alignment across all deliverables. - Oversee all production stages from planning to delivery. - **Editing and Post-Production Oversight:** - Work with internal design teams for graphics. - Manage post-production workflows to meet publishing standards. - Provide creative direction for edits, cuts, sound quality, and final packaging. - **Podcast & Video Expertise:** - Manage podcast recording logistics. - Ensure high audio and video quality. - Stay updated on video/podcast formats, trends, and tools. **Required Competencies:** - Strong understanding of production lifecycle. - Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve. - Familiarity with audio editing tools like Audacity, Adobe Audition, Descript, Logic Pro. - Knowledge of design & motion graphics tools. - Ability to manage vendors, budgets, and timelines effectively. - Excellent communication skills to interact with senior leadership. - Command over the English language is preferred. - Attention to detail and storytelling skills. - Project management abilities to bring structure to creative processes. **Whats on Offer:** - Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding consulting firm. - Enjoy one of the best organizational cultures in the industry. **Required Experience:** - 3-5 years of experience in video and/or podcast production. - Previous experience in corporate, media, or consulting environment is preferred. **Qualification:** - Graduate/Post Graduate from any stream. **Compensation:** - Competitive salary as per the market standards. **Work Arrangement:** - Contractual position. - Schedule: Monday to Friday, work from the office located in Thane.,
