Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Audio Transcriber. The Audio Transcriber will be responsible for listening to audio recordings and accurately transcribing them into written documents. Tasks include ensuring accurate representation of spoken content, maintaining formatting consistency, and adhering to project deadlines and guidelines. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in listening and typing skills
• Experience with transcription tools and software
• Strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions
• Good understanding of different accents and dialects in the recorded audio
• Prior experience in transcription is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
