ATM Service Engineer – Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain ATMs, Cash Recycler Machines (CRM), Passbook Printers, and related banking equipment.
• Respond to service calls for breakdowns, malfunctions, or technical issues within the assigned region.
• Diagnose problems and carry out troubleshooting, repair, or replacement of faulty components.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure smooth functioning of ATMs and reduce downtime.
• Ensure cash dispensing units, sensors, card readers, and printers are functioning properly.
• Coordinate with the technical support team for escalated issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, spare parts used, and time taken.
• Ensure compliance with company and client service standards.
• Provide on-site support for software upgrades and patches as required.
• Maintain good communication with bank officials, vendors, and clients during service visits.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure secure handling of ATM hardware.
• Submit daily/weekly reports to the supervisor regarding service performance and field activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
