Job Description – ATM Operations (ATMO) Executive Job Title: ATM Operations (ATMO) Executive Department: ATM Services Qualification: 10th Pass and Above Location: JP Nagar & Domlur Job SummaryThe ATM Operations Executive will be responsible for collecting cash from various client locations such as ATMs, retail outlets, and banks, and ensuring its safe and timely delivery to the vault or cash processing unit. The role demands strict compliance with security protocols, proper documentation, and accurate reporting. Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned locations (e.g., ATMs, bank branches, retail clients) to collect cash as per schedule. Ensure proper documentation and verification during collection and handover. Handle cash securely during collection and transit, strictly following SOPs and security guidelines. Maintain accurate records of collected amounts, routes, and receipts. Coordinate with the control room and supervisors to report collection status or discrepancies. Assist in emergency cash pickups or urgent collection calls as needed. Adhere to company policies for personal safety and cash security. Skills RequiredBasic understanding of cash handling and documentation. Physically fit and capable of traveling for field collections. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work responsibly under minimal supervision.
