SharePoint Practice Lead (Individual Contributor with CoE responsibility)

Position Summary

• Establish and own the SharePoint CoE - define standards, governance, and reusable frameworks.
• Evaluate current SharePoint environments, identify gaps, and recommend technical improvements.
• Design and implement automation workflows using Power Automate.
• Deliver hands-on solutions in SharePoint Online & On-Premises (site design, workflows, integrations, performance tuning).
• Drive adoption by working directly with IT and business stakeholders.
• Serve as the technical authority and escalation point for SharePoint solutions.
• Partner with leadership to shape the SharePoint roadmap aligned to business goals.
  

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of deep SharePoint expertise, with at least 3+ years in an advisory / practice / CoE role.
• Mandatory : Extensive experience with Power Automate and automation workflows.
• Strong hands-on background in SharePoint Online and On-Premises (design, admin, dev, integrations).
• Experience defining best practices, governance, and security frameworks for SharePoint.
• Ability to advise stakeholders and influence adoption without formal managerial authority.
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with PowerApps and Power BI.
• Exposure to Teams and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery.
