ATL/ BTL Manager

As an ATL/BTL Manager at Mahabir Danwar Jewellers Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to oversee both Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities. You will be tasked with developing and managing mass media campaigns for TV, radio, print, cinema, and out-of-home advertising, while also planning and executing in-store activations, exhibitions, and customer engagement programs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage mass media campaigns including TV, radio, print, cinema, and out-of-home advertising. - Coordinate with creative and media agencies to strategize, execute, and track performance of campaigns. - Ensure brand consistency and storytelling across all ATL platforms. - Track campaign metrics such as TRPs, GRPs, impressions, and reach. - Plan and execute in-store activations, exhibitions, trunk shows, roadshows, and retail promotions. - Develop city-specific and store-specific marketing plans to boost footfall and conversion rates. - Manage POS branding, visual merchandising, and local sponsorships or collaborations. - Develop and manage annual ATL & BTL marketing budgets. - Liaise with internal sales and retail teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, festive campaigns, and regional strategies.
