You'll work on India's prestigious civil aircraft program, enabling you to get hands on experience on complete Aerostructure (Fuselage, Wing and HTVT) design and development life cycle. You'll be part of a diverse, vibrant, global Accenture / Aerostructure design community, continually pushing the boundaries of engineering excellence. What you would do in this role Conceptualizing various metallic and composite components through application of appropriate design principles and guidelines, meeting load requirements. Detail design of Aerostructure components and assemblies complying Assembly, manufacturing, maintenance, and repair requirements. 3D detailing through MBD approach Developing 3D Single parts (Machined, Composite & Sheetmetal), Assy and Installation using CATIA V5 and Siemens NX 2D Drawing creation of Single parts, Assy and Installation. Performing DMU analysis and managing complete product dev. life cycle through Siemens Team Center Who are we looking for? Pro-active candidate with good academic background Overall, 6 to 8 years' experience. Graduate/Postgraduate (Aerospace/Mechanical/Civil) Good understanding of complete product development life cycle from conceptualization to certification Knowledge on Aircraft structures and associated design principle Experience in developing design concepts Good understanding of Manufacturing requirements to be considered in product design. Good knowledge in aero structural composite design Knowledge in Aerospace materials, fasteners, and surface & fire protection principles. Experience in Helicopter Airframe and/or Nacelle design is added advantage. Good understanding of Engineering Drawing requirements Good verbal and written communication skills and Ability to work across different functional teams.
