Job Description

1. System Development & Configuration

  • Design, develop, and deploy solutions using

    Asterisk, FreePBX, Vicidial, GoAutoDial, or similar platforms

    .
  • Create and maintain

    dial plan logic, IVR menus, and call routing scripts

    .
  • Implement and configure

    SIP trunks, PRI lines, gateways, and SBCs

    .
  • Develop custom Asterisk AGI/ARI scripts using

    Python, PHP, or Node.js

    .
  • Integrate Asterisk with CRM systems, APIs, or databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

2. Dialer Management

  • Configure and optimize

    predictive, progressive, and manual dialers

    for maximum efficiency.
  • Manage

    campaign setup, call pacing, and list management

    for outbound processes.
  • Monitor

    call success rates, agent utilization, and drop ratios

    , and tune dialer performance.
  • Develop

    custom reports and dashboards

    for operations and management teams.

3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  • Monitor real-time

    call flow, logs, and server performance

    .
  • Troubleshoot

    SIP registration, codec, and NAT issues

    .
  • Maintain system uptime and ensure

    redundancy, failover, and data backups

    .
  • Manage

    call recordings, storage optimization, and log retention

    .

4. Security & Compliance

  • Implement security measures such as

    firewall rules, IP whitelisting, and TLS/SRTP encryption

    .
  • Prevent

    toll fraud

    and unauthorized access.
  • Ensure compliance with

    TRAI/DND regulations and data privacy policies

    .

5. Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with

    network, CRM, and database teams

    to ensure smooth integration.
  • Support

    operations and QA teams

    in diagnosing call-related issues.
  • Train and guide support staff for basic troubleshooting.

6. Innovation & Optimization

  • Research and implement

    new VoIP tools, dialer algorithms, and open-source solutions

  • Improve

    system scalability and performance

    to support large-scale campaigns.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using

    scripts or APIs

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of

    Asterisk, Vicidial, FreePBX, and SIP protocols

    .
  • Experience with

    Linux administration (CentOS/Ubuntu)

    .
  • Scripting:

    Bash, Python, PHP, or Node.js

    .
  • Knowledge of

    MySQL/PostgreSQL databases

    .
  • Familiarity with

    networking concepts (VoIP codecs, RTP, NAT, QoS)

  • Experience with
