Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assurance Senior Associate to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in accounting and audit, with a strong background in life sciences. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective audit plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in client organizations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients. Provide expert advice on accounting and auditing matters to clients. Analyze complex data sets using advanced Excel skills, including Vlookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA. Qualified CA/ACCA/Licensed CPA. Strong technical skills in accounting, including IFRS or GAAP and GAAS. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in an accounting and audit related field specifically in the Life Sciences industry.
