Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience in creating user stories, use cases, test scripts, and training materials for real estate software. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and software systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse stakeholders. - Proficiency in tools for process mapping and documentation (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). - Project management experience with a track record of leading successful software deployment initiatives. - In-depth knowledge of real estate software solutions (e.g., Yardi, MRI). - Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,
