Position : Asst. Sales Manager - Real Estate

Experience:Min 3+ years

Qualification: Any Degree MBA Added Plus

Salary : Upto 10 LPA

Preferable : Female

Skills : Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client meetings and site visits to showcase property features and benefits.
• Convert leads into successful sales by effectively communicating project value propositions.
• Assist in pricing discussions, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Coordinate with CRM, marketing, legal, and other internal departments for smooth post-sale operations.
• Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and property developments in the region.
• Represent the company at property expos and promotional events when needed.
