Description
As the Head of Customer Relations at BYD India, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with dealers and ensuring smooth functioning of the Dealer Management System (DMS). Your responsibilities will include: - Handling dealer queries and complaints related to DMS issues and resolving them within the specified SLA timelines. - Collaborating closely with the DMS supplier to ensure seamless operation of the system at BYD India and BYD dealership. - Actively participating in training sessions with the supplier to ensure that all DMS users are adequately trained. - Liaising with dealers to update roles, add new role holders, and remove inactive role holders to keep the DMS up to date. - Training the internal BYD India team, both new and existing members, to enable them to effectively handle reporting for their respective areas. - Engaging with the sales, aftersales, parts, factory account teams to address any modifications or support required, escalating to the supplier and ensuring timely implementation. - Supporting the BYD India IT team by providing additional resources during critical times. The ideal candidate for this role should have 5-10 years of experience and possess a Graduate degree or higher. Candidates with a background in Costing Knowledge and Commerce will be preferred. Additionally, you should be proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
