Asst Manager/Dy Manager- After Sales

As the Head of Customer Relations at BYD India, your primary responsibility will be to handle dealer queries and complaints related to DMS issues, ensuring timely resolution within SLA timelines. You will work closely with the DMS supplier to run the DMS smoothly at BYD India and its dealerships. It is essential to actively participate in training sessions with the supplier to ensure that all DMS users are adequately trained. In this role, you will be actively involved in liaising with dealers to update roles, adding new role holders and removing those who have left to maintain the DMS up-to-date. You will also be responsible for training the internal BYD India team, both new and existing members, to ensure they can effectively handle reporting for their respective areas. Furthermore, as the Head of Customer Relations, you will engage with the sales and aftersales teams, parts department, factory account team, and BYD India IT team to address any modifications or support required. You will collaborate with the supplier to implement these changes within the given timelines. Additionally, you should assist the BYD India IT team in case they require additional resources during critical times. The ideal candidate for this role should have 5-10 years of experience in a similar capacity, with a background in costing knowledge and commerce being preferred. A graduate degree or higher qualification is required to be considered for this position.
