As an Asst. Manager/Manager - Customer Relation (Collection) at our Corporate Office in Noida, you will be responsible for delivering CRM strategies to retain existing customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling customer queries through e-mails, calls, and direct interactions. - Managing documents for transfer, unit shifting, applicant addition & deletion, possessions, and registry. - Ensuring comprehensive Customer Relationship Management. - Building and maintaining data reports for customer-centered metrics. - Developing customer-centric processes for long-term relationships. - Recommending industry-leading practices for our solutions and response. In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: - Sound knowledge of customer relations in collection. - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in data analysis and presentation. - Previous experience in Real Estate.
