Asst. Manager - Project Management - Vadodara

Alembic Pharmaceutical is currently seeking professionals for Project Management roles at their corporate office in Vadodara.

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordination of activities with F&D, ADL, DQA, IPR w.r.to status of Formulation development and Tech Transfer. Responsible for follow up and coordination to ensure timely deliverables of TTD related documents & projects

• Interacting with respective group leaders/scientists at F&D, ADL and DQA to Track/ follow up for the availability of TTD as per timelines against on commitments.

• Co-ordinating activities with PPIC and SCM and also API teams for availability of API, RM, PM for the exhibit/submission batches.

• Regularly visiting plant to ensure timely completion of activities including TTD for execution of SU and exhibit batches.

• Tracking of Timelines of all projects assigned & monitoring the same and maintaining trackers and gaps.

• Tracking and ensuring timely completion of Regulatory deficiencies, as relevant.

• Scheduling meetings between formulations, ADL, Technology transfer group for timelines & status of technology transfer related documents as per requirement and circulating the minutes for the same.

• Identify /Foresee any project bottleneck and inform seniors and take action for corrective measures after discussion.

• Discussing and prioritizing the projects/TTD requirements based on customer and regulatory requirements with F&D, DL & DQA team.

• To co-ordinate with finance and help evaluate cost for the development projects.

• Build, develop, and grow any professional relationships and understand technical requirements, vital to the success of the project.

• Candidate should have preferably worked for US/Ex-US market, preferable if has formulation development background

Criteria :

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm or Any other science stream. Candidate with management degree will be given preference.

• 7+ years' experience in project management.

• Good Interpersonal skills and communication skills.
