Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare and manage master production schedules aligned with demand forecasts.
Ensure raw material and component availability through effective MRP planning.
Coordinate and follow up with Sales Team, Sales Support, Sales Head, Dispatch, and Production for smoothorder execution.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, sales, and logistics teams.
Monitor production KPIs (efficiency, capacity utilization, on-time delivery).
Identify and resolve bottlenecks and delays in the production process.
Generate and present MIS reports to management.
Resolve the customer complaint.
Implement lean practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor and guide junior planners/coordinators.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality, and safety standards.
